Our client, a mission-driven non-profit in Washington, DC, is seeking a direct-hire Donor Relations & Stewardship Manager to join their team!
About You:
- 3+ years of hands-on development support and donor relations experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience using a fundraising database.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication and project management skills.

The Job:
- Work directly on donor relations, individual giving, and major gifts.
- Support donors and manage relationship building with current and prospective funders.
- Handle acknowledgement letters and updates in the donor database.
- Draft donor communications and segment lists appropriately.
- Provide additional support and complete additional tasks as needed.
