Our client, a non-profit association in Washington, DC, is seeking a direct-hire Donor Relations Manager to join their team!
About You:
- 2+ years of hands-on development support experience, individual giving preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience using a data management platform preferred.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication and project management skills.

The Job:
- Work directly on donor relations, individual giving, and major gifts.
- Support donors and manage relationship building with current and prospective funders.
- Handle acknowledgement letters.
- Draft donor communications and segment lists appropriately.
- Provide additional support and complete additional tasks as needed.
