Italian CS B2B for Airline Company Athens (75618) Athens, Greece

o At least 18 years of age
o Either college graduate of a 4 year or 2 year course or its equivalent, OR High School Graduate (K-12) with 6 months call center experience
o Good communication skills and computer navigation skills
o Experience working in the hospitality/travel/airline industry is a plus but not required
o Priority is for applicants with experience. Those without experience but have met the minimum qualifications can still be considered.
o Experience in sales/telemarketing is also a plus but not required

o Local accent and minimal pronunciation slips are acceptable as long as grammar is okay

o Fluent Italian and English
o Has proficiency in English (All training and manuals will be in English, even for non-English markets. Agents need to be able to read and interpret the documents autonomously.)
