Our fast-growing client in South Wimbledon has registered a new position for a Warehouse / Office Administrator.
Working hours between 10am – 6:30pm 5 days out 7 per week.
Main responsibilities;
- Data entry, monitoring and reporting (SAP)
- General warehouse administration tasks such as goods intake, despatch and stock check administration
- Resolving general enquiries from suppliers, customers and third parties
- Creating and printing stock pick lists and goods inwards labels for warehouse operations
- Maintaining stock, equipment and consumable records
- Cover administration of payroll, shift rotas, holiday requests and absence procedures
- Support with new starter onboarding process including relevant paperwork and liasing with Operations Support Supervisor & HR
- Review audit and record keep documents from site, both written and electronic copies
- Co-ordinating customers, suppliers, and visitors on site when required
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behaviour
- Promoting a culture of engagement with all colleagues to aid awareness and participation of site activities and developments through regular communication channels
- Other ad-hoc tasks will occasionally be required within this role
Required / Qualifications;
- English and Maths GCSE or level 4 (grade C or above)
- Previous experience in an administration role, preferable in a FMCG environment
- High-level of understanding and competency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP and ERP/MRP Software
- Ability to present key data clearly and effectively
- Ability to multitask whilst still maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Communication and effecting change with internal functions and external suppliers
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm whilst prioritising, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines
- The ideal candidate must conduct themselves in a professional manner, demonstrate outstanding organisational skills and act as a team player
