Role & Responsibilities
- Overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring that the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety are consistently met.
- Leading a dedicated team to train and supervise providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Ensuring the health and safety of shop floor employees and ensure their compliance with all PCL safety rules
- Coordinating with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills Experience
- Previous experience of working in fast-paced manufacturing environment and be adaptable to change.
- Previous experience in Operational / Production Management is essential.
- Experience with OTIF
