The role is ideal for an individual with technical expertise and a passion for sales, looking to develop their career within a thriving business. 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Maintain the sales system from quotation stage to Sales order receipt, ensuring correctly detailed information is entered.
• Using your engineering expertise to understand client requirements and prepare detailed quotes.
• Responding to customer queries for sales via telephone and email, ensure all customer requirements are confirmed and logged.
• Leveraging your sales background to confidently engage with clients and build strong relationships.
• Attending face-to-face meetings to discuss solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail when dealing with clients.
• Proven experience in a sales-focused role with putting your customer first and at the core of your business provide a positive experience and build long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
