Role & Responsibilities:

• You will have a team of counterbalance drivers and operatives, who will work under your supervision and deputise in the absence of the Warehouse and Logistics Manager.
• Plan and manage daily operational tasks, assigning resources and setting priorities.
• Ensuring raw materials and packaging are issued to production in a timely manner to avoid any line downtime.
• Inputting inventory checks onto the system and investigate any stock discrepancies.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience of leading a team in a busy manufacturing warehouse.
• You will be target driven, problem solving, excellent communicator and able to lead and motivate others.
• Hold a current counterbalance forklift licence.
