The Facility:
The facility has a capacity of 120 beds Excitingly, a new facility will be opening next year, providing even more opportunities for growth!

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care, addressing residents' physical, emotional, and social needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and their families
- Administer medications and treatments as per care plans and medical instructions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident care
- Monitor and report on the health and well-being of residents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- A genuine passion for aged care and commitment to person-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
- Must have full Australian working rights
- New graduates are welcome to apply!
