We are seeking Registered Nurses ready to relocate permanently to Queensland for multiple roles in residential aged care. Whether you’re an experienced nurse or a recent graduate, these positions offer the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents, delivering compassionate, high-quality care within a supportive and collaborative team.

About the Roles:

• Deliver person-centered nursing care that supports residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in consultation with residents and families
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and medical instructions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
• Monitor residents’ health, maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Genuine interest in aged care and person-centered support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
• Australian working rights required (no sponsorship available)
