Salary: $44.39 per hour + superannuation + penalties (DOE) + Salary Packaging

The Position:

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a team at a large aged care facility in Tallebudgera, Gold Coast. This is a permanent, full rotating roster role in a facility that accommodates 117 residents.

As an RN, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Responding to medical emergencies and ensuring resident safety
• Providing education and support to residents and their families
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to elevate care standards
