Real Recruits are looking for a Warehouse Administrator / Planner with experience of planning loads and using a Warehouse Management System. A new client win with a 3 year contract has ensured our client has a great opportunity for the right individual as a Warehouse Administrator / Planner.

As a Warehouse Administrator / Planner you will be responsible for communicating daily with suppliers to ensure deliveries are booked into the warehouse so a good telephone and email manner will be needed. You will manage supplier order books whilst building and maintaining internal and external relationships. You will learn new systems, develop your knowledge of Supply Chain and have the opportunity for progression in a fast paced and fun working environment.

As a Warehouse Administrator / Planner Responsibilities:

• Booking deliveries from the supplier in to the warehouse - ensuring a smooth distribution of goods in
• Managing the supplier order book
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Enhance your system knowledge
• KPI management, producing weekly reports for suppliers, reporting data accurately and turning it into useful information
• Supplier development and interaction as the role develops

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to communicate confidently internally and externally
• Competent on MS Office, particularly Excel (Vlook Ups, Pivot Tables)
• Highly organised and methodical
• Able to use initiative

The role of Warehouse Administrator / Planner will start as a rotating 6-2 & 2-10 Monday – Friday role. After the implementation period the plan is to move onto a 4on 4off 12 hour shift pattern and need you to have this in mind.
