We’re partnering with a top-tier logistics company that’s on the hunt for a brilliant Freight Forwarder to join their team. You’ll be the maestro of the freight forwarding process, handling everything from customs clearance to final delivery weather that is in the air, on the roads or on a ship. Think of yourself as the superhero of supply chains (cape optional).

What You’ll Be Doing

As the go-to Freight Forwarder, your superpowers will include:

• Orchestrating Sea air and Road Imports like a maestro, including, customs clearance, and container haulage.
• Owning the process from booking to delivery (you’re basically the freight forwarding Team of the season).
• Sorting out documentation and ensuring all customs procedures are ticked off.
• Tracking shipments across air road and sea with the precision of a hawk to make sure everything lands on time and in one piece.
• Building rock-solid relationships with clients because they’ll love how smooth you make their lives.

Who We’re Looking For

If logistics is your jam, we want to hear from you! Our client is after someone who knows the ropes and isn’t afraid to show it.

The Essentials:

• Experience in Freight Forwarding (Import or Export—both are great!).
• The organisational skills of a wedding planner with the multitasking ability of a plate spinner.
• A cheerful, can-do attitude that turns chaos into calm.
• Solid communication skills and a knack for working well with others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (you don’t need to be a wizard, but basic spells like Excel and Outlook are a must).

Bonus Points For but not essential:

• 1+ years of experience in Import/Export operations.
• Knowledge of logistics across Sea, Air, Road, and Courier services.
• A bit of customs clearance know-how (even better if you know the secret handshake).
