The Role itself will be for a customer service advisor orchestrating the planning of appointments so attention to detail is a must. You will be working with both customers and fitters organising and diarising to ensure maximum workload and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements for Customer Service Advisor:
- Need to be highly organised
- Degree educated (preferred)
- Driven and motivated
- Quick to build rapport
- 6-12 months of contact centre experience
