Talented, creative copy and content focused marketer required for well known local institution. Hybrid working arrangements are available if required. Working as part of a high performing marketing teams under the guidance of Head of marketing. An interest in charity is a benefit as is experience of large events.
Duties:
Support the Head of Marketing in developing, producing and delivering the Company’s content marketing strategy by creating monthly content calendars.
Gather innovative, creative content and writing posts to evolve the social media channels.
Assist trading in writing copy for press releases and news.
Produce editorial copy for website/media outlets.
Support video productions.
Collate and support media applications and stage press conferences/briefings.
Work closely with other team members to deliver year-round PR activity.
Support with complaints procedure and handle public correspondence or queries as required.
Manage local community engagement
Grow and maintain databases of media contacts
Write and maintain copy using our content management system for our website.
Partner with external stakeholders to create engaging content.
Write and manage the delivery of the volunteer communication plan.
