My client, operating in the aviation industry is looking for a:
 

Role: mechanical production engineer – cad/pdm specialist
Location: Basel, switzerland
Contract:  permanent

Key aspects of the activity

• PDM / PLM administration
• Strong understanding and mindset for migration from Enovia to SolidWorks PDM
• PDM / PLM automated tasks administration
• Monitoring of CAD Data Lifecycle processes
• Engineering software licenses administration
• Engineering hardware coordination (PC’s, E/CAD workstations, Plotter and Printer)
• MFT, third party data transfer administration with third parties
• 3D scan administration
• 3D print administration

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (required), French and/or German (beneficial)
•  3+ years’ experience as PDM Administrator, Database administrator or key user (preferably SolidWorks PDM)
• Profound knowledge in MRO processes Independent and inquiring attitude with the ability to work in team
• Proactive and innovative personality
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• SQL / ETL / business intelligence skills as a plus
