The Opportunity:

An exciting permanent position has become available for one of Australia's most well-respected construction and mining organisation's based in Wangara who are growing due to being awarded high profile projects in WA.

Our client is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join their friendly and successful team. They are experiencing growth and have a pipeline of work which has been recently awarded and are in a position where they need to mobilise both blue- and white-collar personnel to various sites across WA. You will be part of a busy and cohesive team that offers an excellent friendly working culture where teamwork is highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

• Mobilising both White- and Blue-Collar positions
• Mobilising 50-100 positions - fast paced, high-volume environment
• Booking all travel - flights, accommodation, transport to and from site
• Running ERMs and mobilising personnel to Rio Tinto, BHP and Roy Hill sites
• Organising site access and inductions
• Ordering PPE
• Checking relevant tickets and certifications
• Booking medicals
• Reference checking candidates
• Creating a talent pool
• Processing HR administration
• Sending out contracts and offer letters
• Setting new starters up on the system for HR and Payroll
• Dealing with all related mobilisation and basic HR administration required

Requirements:

• Must be an experienced mobilisation coordinator
• Strong attention to detail with 100% accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience mobilising personnel to Rio Tinto, BHP and Roy Hill sites is a strong advantage
