Job Title - Administration Assistant
Location – Sevenoaks, Kent. TN13
Contract – Temporary
Hours – 37
Our client is seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to transform administrative processes, collaborate with various teams, and ensure efficient service delivery. The role is hybrid, with 3 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams such as Building & FM Services, Clean & Green, Neighbourhood Protection, and more.
- Drive transformation by promoting electronic data interchange and streamlining processes.
- Implement lean systems by challenging existing methods.
- Assist in developing procedural guidance notes.
- Ensure efficient communication channels and active participation in team meetings.
- Identify and mitigate risks within the service area.
- Foster a positive culture and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Handle invoices and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Provide cover during absences and support workload fluctuations.
- Conduct relevant risk assessments and manage post handling efficiently.
- Collaborate with support staff to provide documents for insurance claims.
- Ensure resource efficiency and alignment with business needs.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering results and fostering a positive team culture.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of electronic post facilities and risk management processes.
