My client is a multi-disciplinary engineering whose head office is in Sydney, where they have a strong team of 80 and taking the next step to start up in Brisbane.  The consultancy is known for balancing modern, solutions-focused designs with project aesthetics, priven in their delivery of huge projects up to $700 construction value.

• Lead the expansion of this award-winning consultancy into Brisbane, supported by the 80-strong Sydney engineering team
• Projects in Brisbane and Sydney acorss High Rise hotels, health infrastructure, Commercial and Residential sectors
• Leverage their existing team and comprehensive service offering - from fire, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and vertical transportation.

Your Impact as Brisbane Director

You'll:

• Be the face of our Brisbane operations, building their presence and client relationships in Queensland
• Lead the delivery of high-quality multi-disciplinary building design services
• Build and mentor your team while maintaining our commitment to nurturing engineering talent
• Drive business growth and manage P&L for the Brisbane office
• Collaborate with our Sydney team to deliver integrated solutions that exceed industry standards
• Be highly renumerated with an impressive salary and profit sharing options.

What You'll Need

• Proven leadership experience in building services engineering in Brisbane and Queensland
• Strong Brisbane market connections and business development capability
• Track record of building and leading successful teams
• Passion for sustainable, innovative engineering solutions
• A technical background across building services from either: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics or Fire Services
