Our UK based client is currently looking to strengthen their payroll team, working as a payroll officer this is a full end to end processing position. With various complexities whilst not a large payroll this is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established payroll team working on various cycles. We are looking for someone with extensive and comprehensive knowledge of Republic of Ireland (ROI) payroll.

Primarily this role will have responsibility for the Republic of Ireland payrolls (ROI).

This is a fully remote role with opportunity to travel to the Uk offices.

Our client is looking for someone with excellent excel skills and able to complete manual calculations outside of the system. As a payroll officer you will also need to be able to look at the data and recognise any anomalies and look at resolving accordingly.

Key Duties/Tasks:

• Processing start to finish payroll on the Civica system.
• Analysis of payroll data.
• Dealing with, resolving payroll queries.

Desirable skills and attributes:

• Payroll experience, full end to end payroll experience.
• Full and comprehensive understanding of payroll function.
• Experience of Civica would be desirable or ADP.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
