We have an uncapped commission structure, the more you do, the more you earn. Our highest billers this year will earn in excess of £100,000. Like Travelling? Sounds good but what do I need to do?
To reap the rewards you need to work hard. We have an industry leading training program which will form the first month of your time within FRG but you need to bring with you the mindset to succeed. Our culture is a young and dynamic one and one full of healthy competition. Whilst no sales experience is necessary it is a healthy bonus.
