I am currently seeking a full-time sales consultant to join an established and luxurious outdoor living company based in Penrith. Specialising in creating stunning, high quality outdoor spaces tailored to the lives of each individual. 

I’m looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Advisor to join their team and play a key role in growing the business as well as their culture.

What you’ll do:

•          Engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored outdoor living solutions.

•          Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person, guiding clients through products and services.

•          Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and maintain accurate customer records.

•          Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

•          Assist with showroom displays, promotional events, and marketing initiatives.

•          Comfortable to handle and assist outdoors with various tasks and duties.

•          Driven by targets, KPIs, progression and service excellence.

•          Not deterred by weather conditions.

What I’m looking for:

•          Previous sales experience, ideally within landscaping, home improvement, or luxury outdoor products.

•          A customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal communication skills.

•          Confidence in handling sales enquiries and closing deals.

•          Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•          Basic knowledge of outdoor living trends and materials (training provided).

•          A passion and drive to progress and go above and beyond expectations.  

What we offer:

•          Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience) plus annual bonus along with health care plans.
