Residential Property Solicitor – Swindon

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a friendly and successful Wiltshire based practise.

Based in the firms Swindon office you will be responsible for a caseload of residential conveyancing files including high net worth properties and be involved in sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, new build properties, transfers of equity, and remortgage.

You will also be responsible for liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and estate agents and be encouraged to develop new relationships with introducers.

The firm are ideally looking for someone with a minimum of five years post qualification experience.

The department is structured so that you will get ample support from support staff and there is plenty of opportunity for career progression.
