Excellent opportunity for a Solicitor/Associate to join a thriving Bristol Residential Property team in central Bristol within a top 100 progressive firm.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Manage a caseload of files, dealing effectively with cases and transactions.
• Build credibility with clients and develops own client relationships through managing client expectations regarding options, outcomes, risk and timescales.
• Scope fees for existing clients
• Grow internal and external networks of clients, intermediaries and contacts.
• Build on personal and department profile and reputation by attending networking events, writing publications/ marketing materials and speaking at seminars.
• Take responsibility for managing aspects of projects that are delegated and meet deadlines.
• Support juniors in the team by giving technical, business and general advice.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing a residential property caseload and ideally be at the 2-5 PQE level.
