Employment Associate – Taunton / hybrid / remote

Excellent opportunity to join a leading regional law firm in their highly acclaimed Employment team.

The team holds an excellent ranking of Band 2 for Employment in the South West and tier 1 for Sport Employment work (Legal 500 directory).

You will enjoy an interesting and varied role of contentious and non-contentious matters. The contentious caseload can be complex with high value claims and, as such, you will have the opportunity to gain expertise on technically and strategically challenging matters.

The team are ideally looking for an Associate to bolster their team. You should have a minimum of two years pqe experience within employment law.

You will also benefit from the support and resources of the larger national team, and a full service top 100 commercial law firm.

The team meet in the office once a week / once a fortnight so there is lots of scope for flexibility and remote working in this role.
