Excellent opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate to join a highly successful Housing Management team in Cardiff or Bristol.

The Housing Management team has seen significant growth in the last 10 years and is one of the firms fastest growing teams, acting for Registered Providers and Local Authorities. The team is also recognised in Legal 500 &  Chambers directory rankings and has done for a number of years. They continue to be appointed to some of the largest national and regional frameworks.

The firm act for many registered providers of social housing and local authorities; you will be dealing with a wide range of issues covering all aspects of their housing management functions including:

• Litigation and advisory work
• Possession proceedings including anti-social behaviour, sub-let, failed succession and trespass
• Advice on all aspects of tenancy management including income, relationship breakdown, succession, assignment & mental health
• Equality Act / public law advice
• Injunction proceedings against tenants, shared owners/leaseholders and non-tenants
• Review and drafting of policy, procedure and tenancy agreements

We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a Housing Management team, ideally having represented Registered Providers / Local Authorities.
