Residential Property Solicitor

Level: 3+ PQE

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our esteemed firm based in Swindon. Our client, a reputable regional firm renowned for its excellence in residential conveyancing is seeking a dynamic individual to bolster its thriving department.

As a pivotal member of the team, you will utilise your experience in handling a variety of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties. Experience in new build properties would be desirable but not a requirement. Beyond your legal expertise, you will excel in building strong client relationships, as well as establishing good rapport with local estate agents and other intermediaries.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor
• Minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Proficiency in handling various conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Experience working with local estate agents and intermediaries is advantageous
