Family Senior Associate – Cheltenham

The successful candidate will be integral in the continued development and growth of the family team and wider business.

You must be able to build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients and all those you engage with. The team are looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years PQE (although this does not preclude those with more or less experience) and a proven track record of proactively handling a varied caseload of private family matters such as Child Arrangement Orders, Divorce, Matrimonial Finance, Post Nuptial Arrangements and Cohabitation Disputes etc. Experience of supervising and mentoring more junior fee earners and trainees would also be advantageous.
