The Bristol team provide the full spectrum of corporate services including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, equity capital markets, governance and corporate reorganisation and simplification. They focus on acting for clients at the forefront of transformational change in the key sectors of tech, media & comms, energy & energy transition, financial services, mobility & infrastructure and the built environment, with a number of the partners in the team being leaders in those sectors and attracting high profile and innovative projects.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have gained a wide range of experience within Corporate matters of a similar size and will have a high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn, the ability to work effectively in a team and a passion for delivering excellent service to clients.
Due to the nature of the work and the structure of the team, they are looking for a Senior Associate, although they will consider candidates with more or less experience
