Excellent opportunity for an experienced Chartered Legal Executive to join a friendly and successful high street practise in Exeter.

You would be joining as head of department to their thriving Conveyancing Team (Commercial and Residential). 

Candidates ideally will have at least 8 years’ experience of fee earning and managing their own caseload along with some experience of managing and supporting a team.

The successful applicant should be able to:

• Produce a high-quality service, maintain excellent file administration, and work successfully with other lawyers and support staff
• Offer guidance, training, and supervision to less experienced staff members
• Offer comprehensive advice in Residential transactions
• Manage individual and team targets
• Increase work areas of residential conveyancing
