This Top 80 UK Law firm is a large regional firm that has experienced rapid growth over the last few years. They have very exciting plans to open a new office in the centre of lively Bristol city centre only a short walk from Bristol temple meads station.

This is an exciting opportunity to form part of a newly formed team comprised of leading Corporate legal professionals and enjoy a variety of impressive quality work with a growing client base. Although this office is new there is already a well-established Corporate team within the firm and so there is a pre-existing client base to build upon.

In this role you would be dealing with a wide range of work including mergers, acquisitions, share sales, corporate finance, reorganisation and restructuring work.

The team are open to exploring opportunities with Corporate Solicitors from 2 PQE up to partner level. At a senior level a following would be required.
