On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a RBAC Project Manager for a 6 Month contract based in Derby, remote initially.

Purpose of the Role:

• Ensure all required IT application role based access control (RBAC) changes are defined, designed, built / configured, tested, and deployed. Management of IT system product owners and third parties to support the delivery lifecycle.

As a RBAC Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Develop and validate the RACI model including requirements approval from the Outsourced Service Provider (OSP)
• Secure the required governance approvals for all RBAC solutions, including but not limited to PTSA, FMC / GSC, German Works Council, information assurance, and data privacy
• Ensure agreed business requirements relating to RBAC are documented and managed for through delivery
• Production and maintenance of detailed delivery plans and complete PMO governance reporting and controls
• Sourcing and maintenance of test data and environments with product managers and third party vendors
• Managing robust testing strategies relating to role based access control delivery
• Ensure all RBAC go live and / or cutover activities are managed effectively with Service Transition, CAB and any OSP / third party change governance
• Ensuring all BAU support service designs are implemented to ensure the ongoing management of the delivered RBAC solutions

What we require from the candidate:

• Project Manager who specialises in Role Based Access Control / Identity Access Management management
• Demonstrable experience of developing role based access control (RBAC) solutions from requirements through design, build, test, and entry into service.
• Project Management, Agile Framework Development Lifecycle and Test Management
• Budgeting & cost management, resource management, vendor management, SoW Commercial frameworks
• Dealing with ambiguity, priority setting, Service Line stakeholder management
• Management of Eco-system vendors and third party solution / infrastructure providers
• Experience in similar service line GBS business transformation / IT / Business Process Outsourcing / Divestment programmes
• Familiar with service line enterprise systems, role based access control, segregation of Duties Policy, Outsourcing configurations and connectivity
