Locum Residential Conveyancer – North Somerset

An opportunity to join a small and friendly high street practice in North Somerset, starting ASAP until the end of March to provide holiday cover.

This lovely firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive to assist their team and to provide holiday cover over the next two months.

The ideal candidate will be a Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years’ experience. You will be confident dealing with your own property files and working unsupervised. As a locum you will manage your own caseload from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity to secure an immediate locum assignment, joining a lovely firm and to work as part of a small team.

You will be based locally and happy to work on site across two of the firms local Somerset offices.

This is a full-time office-based role, Outside IR35 and paying a competitive hourly rate.
