My client, a leading business is looking for Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team at a manufacturing facility in Stockport. The business is continuing to invest in staff and the facilities, this opportunity offers great security and stability for the right candidate.

Role Description

• PPM & Reactive Maintenance on site machinery
• Involved in Engineering Project Work – assisting with continuous improvement
• Working with a variety of production equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Working on specific industrial boiling, packaging, pipe work
• Electrical Fault Finding & Panel work
• Reporting to the Engineering Team Manager

Skills and Qualifications

• Time Served Apprenticeship Level 3 NVQ or equivalent Elec/Mechanical Engineering
• Strong Background within food/drink, bottling, dairy or packaging industry
• Electrical Fault-Finding experience with training completed
• Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma and 5S, Continuous Improvement Methods
• A self-starter, confident working independently or in small teams
