My client is looking for an experienced Shift Team Leader to bolster their manufacturing facility. Role Description
• Leadership of a production team, including management of line leaders
• Ensuring production requirements are met, operational targets are achieved whilst ensuring H&S, Quality standards are all delivered

• Ensuring product quality is to customer expectations, training staff where necessary to promote a high quality, continuous improvement culture
• Management of monitoring systems and report generation

Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent IT skills
• Confident communicator across all levels and functions
• Metrics and target driven mindset
• Lean manufacturing experience – desired
• Risk assessment trained – desired
