This is an extremely unique role for an experienced Internal Sales Engineer with a strong background in Manufacturing. Role Description
- Questioning to fully understand customers’ needs
- Providing technical advice (as required)
- Quoting from our stock list or
- Working with procurement department to request RFQs to approved suppliers in order to quote
- Managing your pipeline and converting quotes to sales to achieve your sales targets
- Raise POs with suppliers (when needed) once customers have ordered
- Ensure the CRM, spreadsheets and any other documentation required are up to date and issued correctly
Skills and Qualifications
- Able to read data sheets
- Able to read engineering drawings
- Able to work in a fast-paced Environment
- Driven to hit Sales Targets
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Organised
- Computer literate with Microsoft packages and previous experience of using a CRM system
