3 shift rotating pattern

A growing manufacturer is looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team
Reactive and proactive engineering at fast paved production site, ensuring minimum downtime. Working on continuous improvement projects, and to a safe manner in line with Health & Safety procedures. This a great position for an enthusiastic multi-skilled maintenance engineer.
Role Description
• Working as part of a close knit engineering tea, completing Electrical and Mechanical PPM’s, Reactive & Breakdown maintenance
• Working within a Skilled Team
• Reporting into the Maintenance Manager
• Maintenance across a range of FMCG machinery
• To contribute to kaizen projects working cross functionally
• Machine installations
• Lots of internal & external training and development opportunities
• Adhering to Health & Safety on site at all times
Skills and Qualifications
• Time-Served, Apprenticeship trained with Level 3/HNC electrical qualifications
• Strong Background within Packaging, FMCG, Food or Plastic manufacturing. With a clear understanding of PM schedules
• Fault finding ability both Electrically & Mechanically
• Motivated to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, PLC’s, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma and 5S, Continuous Improvement Methods
• Proven experience and drive to work in a fast-paced environment
