Role Description
• Own site safety programs  
• Manage medium sized projects
• Lead and manage a team of shift engineers
• Manage engineering apprenticeship programme
• Ensure equipment readiness, owning loss elimination cycle
• PM completion, OEE improvements, Project Delivery, Spares Parts Inventory
• Cost deployment

Skills and Qualifications
• Time-Served Engineering Experience
• Industrial Engineering Background
• Role model leadership ac
• Motivated to work in a team environment
• Champion and drive continuous improvement
