Engineering Manager

We are working with a very prestigious brand in Milton Keynes who are recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal to the continuous development of the site and the growth of the business.

The main responsibilities are:

Managing a team of 7 made up of engineers, Lead engineers & Planners.

Coaching & Upskilling of the engineers on the shift.

Project management from budgets, planning, machinery analysis to implementation.

Assisting the engineers with breakdowns & PPM work where necessary.

We are looking to connect with candidates who have previous experience as a multi skilled engineer and has more recently been responsible for engineers – whether that is in a management or supervisory capacity.

You must hold an engineering qualification – NVQ/Apprenticeship/C&G etc

Benefits:

£50,000 - £60,000
