Location: North London
Salary: up to £36k + bonus
Job expectations:
•Lead a high-energy team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
•Own the success of your department, making sure operations run smoothly and profitably.
•Drive a culture of exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
•Take the reins and confidently manage the store in the absence of senior managers.
•Retail management experience, Floor Manager/Department Manager/Assistant Manager experience
within fashion is preferred.
•Strong leadership, guiding your team towards excellence.
•Commercial savvy - you know how to boost sales and keep costs in check.
•Pro at multitasking - handling various responsibilities with ease.
•A stickler for following procedures while using initiative when needed.
