Are you passionate about driving customer engagement through strategic communication? We’re seeking a dynamic CRM Specialist who will work closely with our CRM Manager to craft compelling customer experiences that boost loyalty and retention.

What You’ll Do:

Own the Email Calendar: Take charge of our broadcast email strategy, collaborating with the CRM Manager to design a robust weekly plan that aligns with marketing initiatives and promotional activities for our target audiences.

Collaborate with Trade Teams: Partner with the Trade team to highlight key categories and products in our emails, ensuring a seamless and optimized journey from inbox to website.

Creative Collaboration: Brief and work alongside our talented design team, crafting engaging copy for all CRM-related marketing communications that resonate with our customers.

Personalization & Performance: Leverage our personalization tools to deliver tailored email content, and report on performance metrics to enhance click-through rates.

Innovate & Evolve: Work hand-in-hand with the CRM Manager to develop and analyze A/B testing strategies, ensuring our email content evolves with our ever-changing customer base.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep a pulse on industry trends in CRM, bringing fresh ideas and concepts to the table for testing and implementation.

Support Loyalty Programs: Assist the CRM Manager in nurturing our customer loyalty program, helping to build stronger, long-lasting relationships with our customers.


Candidate Profile:
Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced B2C environment—whether in retail, travel, or beyond.

Educational Background: A degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with an ESP is a must

Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Analytical Mindset: A proactive approach to analyzing data, drawing actionable insights, and making informed recommendations.

Copywriting Excellence: Exceptional copywriting skills that capture the essence of our brand and engage our audience.

Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, ready to work seamlessly within a team.
