Supervisor wanted for a growing fashion retailer
Location: Watford
Salary: £22-25k + bonus
Do you have Senior Sales experience within a retail environment, or have worked as a team leader? Looking for the next step up into Management? This is an excellent opportunity to achieve this.
Key Responsibilities
•Opens/closes store autonomously
•Leads, organizes & coordinates Customer Experience & drives KPI's
•Stock Management
•Updates on Communication and feedback to the sales consultants
•Lead Team Briefs in the absence of Manager
•Motivate and inspire the Sales Consultants
•Co-ordinate and deliver training sessions
Customer Service/Sales
•Lead by Example to maintain and protect Brand Integrity
•Has significant impact on the sales results of assigned area/store
•Able to access, read and interpret key Business Reports
•Can make balanced, commercial decisions
•Coaches Individuals and Teams in the Selling Culture Sales Model
Candidate Profile
•Experience in a supervisory position within a retail environment
•Ability to work autonomously and give proactive guidance in a fast paced and dynamic
environment
•Empower the Team to put the Consumer at the Heart of what they do
•Excellent sales skills (actively engage with customers to promote sales and offer best in
class shopping experience)
•Able to prioritize work load, meet tight deadlines and specified standards
•Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
•Ability to adapt to and implement Change
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, motivate and influence others
•Commitment to their own continuous development and supporting others
