In this pivotal role, you'll focus on leveraging Workday HCM to foster a culture of collaboration and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and Execute the robust Change Management Strategy: Add significant value by delivering a comprehensive change management strategy to seamlessly implement Workday, ensuring a smooth transition for our global workforce.
Inspire Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams through the change journey, promoting a culture of collaboration and openness that aligns with the broader People Strategy and other change initiatives.
Define Clear Objectives: Set clear objectives, best practices, and success criteria for the change management process, ensuring the Workday program's alignment with broader organizational goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across departments, securing their buy-in and support for the HR transformation initiative.
Effective Communication: Develop and deliver effective communication plans, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the implementation.
Training Excellence: Collaborate with the Training/People team to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, Retail managers, and HR staff across EMEA.
Tailored Training Materials: Ensure training materials are tailored to meet the specific needs of different user groups within the organization.
Adoption Monitoring: Monitor the effectiveness of adoption and make necessary adjustments to drive success.
Candidate Profile:
Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 full HR transformations, preferably with Workday or similar HR system.
Deep HR Understanding: In-depth knowledge of HR strategies, policies, and processes, with experience working within an HR function.
Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end People Change Management.
Stakeholder Management: Strong experience and adeptness in stakeholder management, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Global Experience: Experience within a global organization is desirable.
