Head of Sales wanted for a timeless fashion brand
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £60k + bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced and dynamic sales leader? Do you have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive growth and profitability? If so, my client has an exciting opportunity for you to join their team as the Head of Sales.
You will be responsible for leading and managing sales, overseeing their beautiful boutique, website and sales team, developing and implementing the brand and sales strategies, and expanding our customer base and market share.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional
customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Prepare and support with annual budgets working in conjunction with finance and marketing
teams.
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs and prepare and present reports and forecasts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Work with the web team to optimise customer journey and improve conversion rate by
actively reviewing brand consistency across all channels and routes to market
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
motivate and inspire a diverse and high-performing team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use
data and insights to drive action and results
- Sound knowledge of ecommerce and online sales is desirable.
