Store Manager wanted for a fashion retailer
Location: Aberdeen
Salary: £30-35k+ bonus
Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a customer focused, dynamic fashion led Store Manager to join this growing fashion retailer.
Job Role:
As Store Manager, you will report directly to the Area Manager and be responsible for delivering the commercial excellence of your store. You will be the role model for exceptional customer service and through inspirational leadership develop your team to be ambassadors of the brand. You'll combine your experience, commercial insight and excellent visual merchandising skills to continually grow the success of the brands and look to exceed targets year on year.
Experience necessary:
Previous experience working as a Store Manager an advantage, or if you are a standalone Assistant Manager who is ready for the next step
Managed turnovers of at least £500 +
Commerciality is key- must be KPI driven and have a proven track record
Know how to drive sales through a team
Strong visual experience
Be an effective people manager, who knows how to develop talent and be a strong motivational leader
Demonstrates respect, leadership capabilities and regularly exceeds expectations
Shows innovation and initiative
