Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of S/4HANA projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional teams across various geographies, driving collaboration and excellence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a strong relationship and alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring they meet client and organizational expectations.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the SAP practice, contributing to its continued growth and development.
• Work closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering S/4HANA projects.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, managing cross-functional teams and complex project environments.
• Strong client-facing abilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience working with global teams and offshore delivery models.
• Availability to travel on occasion (up to 10%).
