Are you a skilled Workforce Management Consultant with strong expertise in shift and payroll rostering, leave management, and award interpretation? Join a global payroll project working with a cutting-edge SAP HR/Payroll/Time solution on S/4 HANA. You'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting a new workforce management system across 8+ countries, integrated with SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide input and governance across all project phases (design, build, test, deploy, go-live support).
  • Implement shift rostering, payroll integration, and time management solutions
  • Manage outbound interfaces and third-party integrations, including SuccessFactors and Payroll.
  • Ensure the thoroughness of testing and resolve functionality issues efficiently (e.g., OSS, configuration).
  • Work closely with system integrators to deliver the solution.

Key Experience & Skills

  • Completed 5+ full-cycle Workforce Management implementations for medium to large organisations
  • 10+ years of hands-on functional/configuration experience with workforce management products (Kronos, Workforce Software, SAP Time Management).
  • Strong understanding of time, attendance, and payroll business processes.
  • Experience working across 8+ countries.
  • Chilean time and payroll knowledge is an advantage.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Effective communication (written, oral, presentations) is critical.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong customer engagement skills and self-starter mentality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
