You will contribute to make the organization a fully data driven company. You will work in a multidisciplinary team on insights that will bring value to improve customer experience.
The team is responsible for handling all the data from the Consumer Market domain involving interactions between persons and/or artificial persons whether it is made via call, chat, email or via any other communication media. This team is responsible for integrating this data along with other subject’s areas like location, customer, fulfillment, orders. This integrated data is made available with consistent, reliable, accurate, timely information so that stakeholders can make the right decisions and steer the company based on facts. The information is also provided to analysts for their analysis and to Data Scientists for their modelling.
The team consists of 5 developers with a dedicated product owner and scrum master.
