I am working with a leader in the food manufacturing industry, who are looking for a QA Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have experience working within a food manufacturing environment with knowledge of working to Global food standards.

• Shift: - Days (Monday to Friday)
• Salary: - £40,000 - £45,000
• 25 days + Bank Holiday
• Death in service 2x Salary

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Quality Management System
• Conduct supplier audits
• Enhance and implement HACCP systems
• Coordinate with all departments on project improvement initiatives
• Leading factory external audits

Requirements:

• Ideally, 5 years of experience in management (QA Manager or QC Manager)
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Background in FMCG, food or beverage manufacturing
• Expertise in microbiological and chemical testing
• HNC/HND/Degree qualification
• Strong understanding of HACCP principles

Shifts & Benefits Package:

• Shift: - Days role - Monday to Friday
• Salary: - £40,000 – £45,000 + benefits
