Who are we looking for?

You are an experienced Security Operations professional who enjoys the pace of Managed Security Services and can collaborate with customer and their suppliers to lead and help evolve their Security Operations capabilities.

 

What you’ll be doing

This role will look to see the successful candidate fully manage the technical relationship between a client and their managed security service provided by Bridewell. Taking on ownership for technical queries, escalations, projects and improvements as well as continuously maintain and grow the service offered to our clients, the successful candidate will marry a deeply technical knowledge, with a people-focused vision.

This role is unique in its function and is designed to highly integrate with all other Bridewell SOC functions to promote cross team collaboration, thought leadership and continue to demonstrate expertise to our clients.

  • Diagnose and solve critical client security problems including but not limited to Incidents and Project/Initiative blockers
  • Support complex threat hunts tailored to environmental and technology based threats
  • Quality Assure all items related to your client provided by our service
  • Provide oversight of all major incidents and RCAs
  • Drive high quality automation focused on decreasing incident dwell time and manual analyst activities
  • Design and drive content development strategies and internal projects focused on innovating the service offering
  • Provide technical oversight of all client onboarding technical documentation including SOM, Playbooks, Alert Guides and Authority to Act

 

What we’re looking for

You’ll have experience of:

  • Must have at least 5 years working with Cyber Security
  • Must have demonstrable experience with customer and stakeholder management
  • Must have one or more active GIAC certifications, the following are preferred: GCIA, GCIH, GRID, GSTRT, GMON
  • Strong experience within Microsoft Security stack
  • Have a working experience of Python, KQL, YAML and JSON

Location: Bridewell operates a hybrid and flexible working policy, however you will be required to travel to different sites on occasion.
