IT Applications Analyst – Central London/ Hybrid - £55-£65k (Plus excellent benefits)


A leading professional service firm are seeking an experienced IT Applications Analyst to join their growing applications team, supporting, and troubleshooting third party applications as well as some project work. You will be growing awareness and understanding on how the applications and systems are used to deliver services to a host of internal customers.

You and the team will be responsible for the day-to-day admin, support, implementation and development of the applications and systems as well as supporting the projects team for effective delivery.

You will be:

  • The escalation point for the firms’ service line regarding the applications suite. You will be deploying, developing, and maintaining the systems whilst providing support to ensure up-time of all applications.
  • Keeping in-line with the companies information security policy and cyber essentials requirements.
  • Pro-active in your activities on both BAU support and projects to ensure the performance of the systems are to the standards of the business.
  • Developing and improving the documentation for the IT Service Desk, Applications Team and Owners of the various applications

 

You will have:

  • Experience with Windows 10 & Windows Server
  • Excellent skills with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent experience with SCCM
  • Strong experience within Ms SQL Server
  • Experience with SQL Scripting
  • Various bespoke application experience i.e. Sage, Quickbooks, KeyPrime, Farmplan, Xero, Payroll applications
  • ITIL process experience
  • A professional manner and service focused
  • Experience in preparing and improving documentation
